Waltonwood Providence is a superior facility for those of us who would like to live among delightful friends and have many fun things to do! Breakfast is a time for good food and good conversation. Dinner is the same. There are many activities available from exercise classes, crafts, book club, games, to listening to visiting pianists. Getting to a doctor’s appointment or to the grocery store or drug store is not a problem as there is transportation. Choosing Waltonwood has an excellent decision for me!

Waltonwood is a beautiful community. Everyone seems to really love their job. The residents seem happy and everyone I came in contact had a smile on their faces. I would recommend Waltonwood as a place of work or for someone to have their loved ones lived here.

My husband and I love living here. The people I see are very friendly. The food is good. The movies are always well picked out and I go to them very often.

My parents have received excellent care, and I am very pleased that we moved them into MemoryCare there. Special mention for Bethany , who has worked hard to get them involved in her activities. She is very enthusiastic and patient with them, and has drawn them into activities. They (especially my dad) seem much brighter and happier than before. I have also been pleased with the care they have received from Maria. She has gotten to know them, and keeps me informed as to how they are doing. I feel comfortable turning to her with questions or concerns.

One of the positive experiences I have at WW is the size of the IL community. Life transitions can be difficult. So many places are huge and this can impart a coldness in my opinion. Here the smaller size feels very home oriented and has enabled me to feel Iím part of a family.

The Luau was quite the success. You did your usual wonderful job. There were smiles everywhere so I know that all enjoyed the affair with gratitude.

The biggest thing I noticed was the number of kids related to staff and how excited both the children and their families were to be included. It was fun to see residents come along with their grandchildren.

I have made many nice friends here. I enjoy going to the dining room and eating my meals with the people I have met. The activities are fun and I like the outings. I wish we could go on the bus everyday.

I love living at Waltonwood because the people are so nice. When I wake up and I look forward to playing bridge, rummikub and poker with my friends! If I could shout out one person it would be the fitness coordinator Danny! He is such a nice guy and whenever i mess up he is very understanding.

I love living at Waltonwood! I am not sure what I would be doing without my rummikub group. It definitely passes the time! My favorite program is all the brain games. If I could shout out one person it would be housekeeping because they make my bed!

My favorite thing about Waltonwood is that they take me on to so many different places to go out to eat and places to do things. We went on boat rides, out to eat every week, and so many more things. Everyone here is very nice and I consider them family.

The activities are wonderful and there are so many that you don’t have time to yourself. I like the exercises and stretches. The caregivers are great and I am well taken care of. There are so many good dining choices and plenty of things to choose from.

The activities are very good way to meet other people in the community. Thereís always something to do and Iíve met a lot of other men while enjoying the activities.

We are fed so well, that we walk twice as much to burn off calories! Most importantly, the concierge is patient with me because I forgot to press my ok button in the morning. Lee B. and Audrey S. have been good guides and friends to me. I have really great neighbors also. The men here get gold stars for being real gentlemen.
