Our care staff coordinates with outside healthcare service providers, including visiting community physicians, nurse practitioners, dermatologists, behavioral health professionals, dentists, and pharmacists who assist with medication management and delivery. We partner with trusted support companies that provide in-home skilled nursing services, such as wound care, serious illness monitoring and instruction, and disease-specific treatment and education. Therapies available through home healthcare include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Palliative care, focused on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of a serious illness, is also available through our outside provider relationships. All of these services are coordinated to support residents’ individual health and wellness goals in the comfort of their own homes.
