Through our Adventures by Waltonwood program, residents are encouraged to reconnect with the passions, hobbies, and moments that have shaped their lives. For Waltonwood Cherry Hill resident Karen, that meant returning to a place that had always felt like home: the saddle.
Karen spent many years horseback riding, creating countless memories doing something she truly loved. As time passed, she never imagined she’d have the opportunity to ride again. But thanks to the Adventures by Waltonwood program, that lifelong dream became a reality.
What made the experience even more meaningful was sharing it with her daughter. Together, they spent the day surrounded by horses, reminiscing about cherished memories while creating new ones that they’ll treasure for years to come. It was more than a horseback ride—it was a chance to reconnect with a lifelong passion and strengthen a special family bond.
